Shopping Trip with Ziggy [for ziggyplaysguitar]

It had been a few days since Gilly and Ziggy had discussed going on a girly shopping trip together. The discussion back at the pub after the audition had really opened up the young drummer's mind to their singer and he realised that Ziggy was more similar to him in many ways. Back in the hotel now, Gilly had just come out of the bathroom after getting changed as he nearly bumped into Mick, who had been drinking heavily with Weird. Both men were drunk and it showed.

"Here's Gilly! Putting your dress on for going out are we, tarty?"

That earned the guitarist a slap to the chest from the drummer as Weird pulled Mick away from Gilly and shoved a full glass of gin in his hand. Sitting down next to their bassist, Mick winked at the drummer and was well and truly drunk. Gilly stuck a middle finger up at Mick and then stuck his tongue out after. It was all fun and games really. The band had bonded well over the past week and now it was Gilly's turn to spend some time with their singer. Where was Ziggy?

"Look after him won't you, Weird. Ronno is so fucking drunk he might piss his pants."

Mick looked up and laughed at that, shaking his head and drinking some gin. Gilly couldn't help but glance over at Mick and sigh inwardly. The man was very handsome but he could be such a stupid idiot at times. Such an oafish man. Yet, the drummer liked hot boys and Mick was one of them. It was his little secret crush.

"You should let me do yours sometime too." He could feel the jealous and understood it all too well. Mick was into women and they were both seen as men. He sighed heavily trying to distract himself from teh illness of the elevator ride.

"They didn't hit me but I thought they would." Ziggy admitted and rubbed his hand, still thinking about his last band. Ziggy gasped at the thought of Mick that Gilly was bringing to mind.

"I imagine him putting me against the wall sometimes." Ziggy admitted. "I bet he can fuck all night with how muscled he is."

The conversation was getting Ziggy hot all over and he had to stop. While Gilly was gigging Ziggy found his breath quickening as the elevator slowed at the main floor.

"You want to brush my hair? Well---ok. I mean no one else has but I'd let you do it."

Gilly smiled and then noticed Ziggy rubbing his hand. There was trauma there and the drummer could tell it bothered the singer. Fucking thugs. Why couldn't they just leave people like Ziggy alone? The gasping had Gilly smirking and holding in another giggle. His head was full of dirty thoughts about Mick too.

"Against the wall? That's hot. I dream of him pinning me to my bed and having his way with me. His muscles are so fucking sexy."

The drummer blushed a deep red and couldn't believe they were talking about fucking their guitarist in a public elevator. Gilly's own pulse now racing at all the erotic thoughts regarding Mick.

"I'd let you brush mine but there isn't enough." He ruffled his own spikey red hair. Even if there were moments of annoyance, Ziggy did adore the guitarist and his attitude.

"He's not bad anywhere." Ziggy laughed a little as he saw and felt the blush. "Every time he walks into a room in just his underwear I feel faint."

He could only shake his head as they stepped out of the elevator. "Where are we going first?"

"I think your hair is pretty. I mean it's different. Weird and me we've talked about Mick's hair and yours. The red is a really bright colour."

The drummer taking a moment or two to stare at Ziggy's hair before stepping out of the elevator. The shopping trip. Gilly's head had been obsessing about Mick and sex and now he needed to think where to go first. Pushing some of his own hair back with a slight hair flick, the drummer brushed down his jacket slightly.

"How about clothes shopping first?"

"Oh?" He wondered what they had been talking about. "It's natural. Shocks a lot of people when I get undressed."

It was a small jab at himself for a good bit of humor. "I like your hair too. Is it naturally fluffed?"

He briefly touched the drummer's hair as he nodded. He needed to get away from the thoughts of Mick too before he had clothing issues. "I know this great place that has suits and shirts. Nice brights and silks. It's close enough to walk if you want or we can take the limo."

"Yeah, it's all natural. I only apply a small bit of product to keep it in it's shape otherwise it ends up looking like a fucking scarecrow."

Gilly laughed and then blushed when Ziggy touched his hair. Not many people had touched it before and the drummer was still getting used to their singer's touchy feely ways. He liked it though. Trying to focus on their trip instead of Mick's ass, Gilly nodded.

"We can walk if you like. The fresh air might do us some good after talking about Ronno naked."

The smaller drummer wanting to hook his arm through Ziggy's like he would a female friend but he knew they couldn't. Not in public. Two men doing that would get thugs and bastards attacking them.

"You should see my hair first thing in the morning." He laughed a little and was glad to get close to the drummer.

He was touchy when he was close to someone, open and affectionate. The blush had the singer giggling as they walked across the lobby.

"We need to stop reminding each other of his hot ass." Ziggy leaned in laughing and the feminine behavior rising to the surface quickly. He noticed that the drummer pulled away when they got in public.

"You can keep your arm there." He looked around at the other people and shrugged. "We'll bitch their ears to bleeding if they say anything."

"We do. Oh. But---people might stare or insult us. I don't want you getting attacked like before. We could just bitch at them though----yeah."

Gilly wasn't sure but then nodded and threaded his arm through Ziggy's once more, grateful that the singer was happy to tart at anyone back. The drummer would give them hell if anyone came at them. Being small didn't mean Gilly couldn't bitch slap or kick if need be. What about Ziggy? He could probably deliver a mean kick with those long legs of his.

"Let's go and find some sparkly clothes to wear."

The blond's feminine side showing a little more as he offered Ziggy a sheepish smile.

"Let them stare." Ziggy got sassy and winked. ""You're a hot drummer with a beautiful red head on your arm. Of course they are going to stare."

He giggled and took the arm happily. If things got bad, the Anthean had an ace in the hole that no one would expect. He wasn't afraid at all.

"This way." There was a store a couple of blocks up that had such glam and stylish clothes. Ziggy looking forward to some new pants but they had a lot of things the drummer would love too. "What's your favorite color?"

"You're right. Let the bastards stare. We're fucking rock stars and should be allowed to do this sort of thing in public."

Gilly nodded and took Ziggy's arm, holding the singer close. If anyone tried to throw things at them or hit them they'd be in for a nasty shock. The drummer followed along to where Ziggy was taking them both and found himself smiling at the prospect of finding some sparkly shiny clothes.

"Oh uh---pink? I do like light blue too. Pastels shades mostly."

Not many boys liked pink and Gilly knew his brother made fun of him for liking it but Gilly didn't care. He was into pink and knew what he liked.

"Everyone should be allowed to do this in public." Ziggy corrects gently. That was part of the reason he acted the way he did, for the good of everyone, but mostly because that was who he was, always had been.

"We like similar colors." Ziggy says with a little excitement. "I like crimson and bright turquoise." If anyone made fun of the drummer in front of Ziggy there would be hell to pay. "Maybe we can find some pastel colored boots?"

"You're right. It's just----I've never thought about being free to do this sort of thing before. Back home where I live if two boys did what we are doing now? We'd get beaten up and called queers or something."

Gilly sighed. This was the fact of the matter. Probably why Ronno ran too when Ziggy touched him on the shoulder and called him handsome. Fuck social norms! The drummer smiled shyly and nodded.

"Crimson suits you with your bright hair. Turquoise makes a nice balancing colour too. I sew sometimes when my clothes get torn or I get loose threads. My older brother used to pick on me for it."

Billy didn't mean it in a nasty way just as brothers did.

"Boots? Yes. I'd love some."

"It's the same here but someone has to change it." Ziggy sighed while his eyes, and mostly his senses, watched the surroundings. "Someone has to stop being afraid of the bullies and bullshit."

He's not going to backdown because it is wrong and unfair to tell people in love to hide it. While Ziggy understands the normal limitations, like no sex in public.. whether or not he follows it, outlawing or condemning affection wasn't fair.

"I make most of my clothes." Ziggy mentions. "Do you know how to tailor? If not I can teach you."

He felt like an older sister all the sudden and it made him smile as he spotted the store in question down the street and pointed it out.

"You do? I can do minor repairs and things but nothing fancy. My tailoring skills aren't anything special but I'd like to learn more."

Gilly blushed a little because he was liking the idea that Ziggy was about to teach him new things to do with what he loved. Most men his age would get picked on for liking sewing and girly things. The drummer mostly kept his hobbies a secret from others so he didn't get beaten up or made fun of. Yet, being with Ziggy was different because the singer understood him.

"The costumes you first showed us back at the audition they were really nice. We all liked them. Even if Ronno's pants were really tight. Fuck, he looked hot in them."

The drummer realised he was going back to fawning over the guitarist. Squeezing Ziggy's arm gently, Gilly felt a little calmer as he walked down the street towards the shops. The stares still came though of course.

"It took me some time to learn." Ziggy encouraged the young drummer. It would be nice to have someone with similar interests. "I'll teach you anything you want to learn."

He was honest and wanted his bandmates to be their best selves. That means encouraging them to do the things they loved, no matter what society said. Ziggy giggled and leaned in to whisper to the drummer.

"I had planned on a different outfit for the guitarist I hired but when I saw him..." Ziggy giggled like any girl talking about a crush with a friend. "I gave him those tight pants on purpose. He's got such a nice ass."

Ziggy patted the drummer's hand while doing his best to ignore the stares. He knew they would come but he didn't want to give them any of his time.

"I'd like that."

Gilly nodded not knowing what else to say because he was blushing and still rather shy. The drummer's love for sewing and fixing things had been a kept secret for a long time now and opening up was something Gilly found hard to do. He didn't want Mick and Weird finding out because he just assumed they'd make fun of him.

"A different outfit? Ronno seemed to like the one you gave him even though he was complaining about the sparkly bits and heels once you left the room. He likes to be a man's man and I think it's cute. He's such a boy."

The drummer ignored the stares and giggled at Ziggy's comment about Mick's ass. He did have a nice ass and legs too. Those arms though---they made the drummer stare a lot.

"He's got nice legs, ass and arms. Pretty lashes too."

"You can help me work on our new stage clothes."

Ziggy wanted everyone to feel included and comfortable which meant nurturing them where they lacked confidence.

"He such a boy." Ziggy sighed heavily and shook off some sadness. He wished Mick was a boy who liked girls like him but that wasn't the case.

"His eyes are nice too." Ziggy mentions as he opens the door to head into the shop with his drummer.

"I can? Yeah, that sounds like something I want to do. I mean we all need stage clothes and we can't keep having Ronno split his pants."

Gilly blushed at that thought and Ziggy wasn't the only one staring that night in the pub when Mick busted his seams. He was such a boy though and that only made the drummer giggle a little more because it suited the guitarist. He was painfully naive and oblivious but fucking sexy.

"Yes, he does have nice eyes. Green ones. He's got a nice nose too and a good strong jaw."

The drummer walked into the shop with Ziggy wondering what they could buy.

"I don't know." Ziggy giggled, girlish and high. "I can't say I don't like when his pants bust open now that I've witnessed it."

That naïve boyishness was definitely hot when paired with the very masculine and manly body. It made the guitarist more charming than he probably realized.

"Have you ever stared at his eyelashes?" Ziggy asked as he let go of the drummer's arm so they could browse the racks together. "I'm jealous of how long and full they are."

"I looked too back in the pub. You couldn't help it because his pants were fucking ripped right in front of our eyes."

Gilly just blushed and laughed softly. Mick was such a blond boyish person and the drummer couldn't help but want to touch his arms and hair. Ziggy was probably the same. What about Weird? He seemed more into girls and hadn't really looked at boys at all unless he was even better at hiding it.

"Do you think Weird is straight? He seems to only look at girls."

This was just a casual observation noticed by Gilly. The bassist was a man of few words and both Mick and Gilly wondered what he thought about since he hardly spoke. Browsing the racks the drummer smiled.

"Yes. They are long and and full almost like a girl's eyelashes. He's pretty but in a masculine way."

"I was looking before they ripped." Ziggy winked at his companion with a sly glance. They both had it for the guitarist and such a shame that it felt like he wasn't interested in either of them.

He thought about that question and nodded. "I think so, but you never know."

Ziggy was looking for something nice and silky in the racks while they talked. "I think men can be pretty. It's stupid that compliments are limited. He's pretty and handsome at the same time."

"You were? Oh. Well, so was I, secretly anyway. When he walked into the audition with his tight jeans I couldn't stop looking at his legs and his arms. You could see his muscles under his thin white t-shirt too."

Gilly looked through the clothes rail and felt his cheeks heat at his admission regarding Mick. Was Weird straight? He hardly ever talked so it was hard to judge who he liked. Did he even have a girlfriend? Gilly didn't know.

"Pretty and handsome? Yeah, that works. I mean I like silken clothes but am still a boy."

This is the way he looked at it anyway. If anyone poked fun he would tart their face off.

"Watching him change!" Ziggy sighed from the memory of the guitarist. "We're going to have to watch him get all hot on the stage."

Ziggy grinned and giggled both at what he said and the redness in Gilly's cheeks.

"You are pretty and handsome." Ziggy pointed out and then went back to the clothes rack. "What colors do you like?"

"It's hot when he changes and pulls his tight pants down. He has nice underwear too."

Gilly realised what he was saying and went wide-eyed for a moment or two just going through the rail trying not to dwell on Mick's legs or body. It was hard though because the guitarist had been in his dreams of late.

"Yes, we should watch him when he gets all sweaty on stage wearing no shirt. Fucking hot. You think I am? Not many people have said that to me. Oh uh---I like pastel colours, pinks, blues. That sort of thing."

"He's nice up front." Ziggy grinned and nearly blushed. "I've looked."

Ziggy had it bad, really bad. He could understand the wide eyes of the drummer and would probably look the same if he wasn't so open. Though, even Ziggy had a light blush.

"I look forward to being on stage with him." Ziggy looked through the racks for the colors as he answered. "You are and your eyes are a beautiful blue. I have always had a love for blue eyes." It was serious as he pulled out a powdery pink colored silk shirt, barely pink and slightly silver. "What about this one?"

He found a matching one in a turquoise that he liked too.
